HSA Consulting Services performed an extensive review of First Dollar’s operations and processes, to assess its compliance with HSA rules and regulations around account establishment, transactions processing, statements and tax reporting, as well as proper handling of unique situations pursuant to IRS guidelines.

We hereby certify that, to the best of our knowledge, First Dollar’s HSAs and its operations comply with HSA rules and regulations.  This certificate is valid from 7/1/2021 to 6/30/2022, assuming no major changes in product, systems or operations are released that would impact the areas reviewed.
